Responsibilities: As an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our dealership by ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide knowledgeable advice on automotive services based on their needs.
- Service Recommendations: Evaluate vehicle issues, consult with technicians, and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to customers.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of services.
- Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and services, considering both labor and parts.
- Communication: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles and any changes to service recommendations.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or accessories that align with customers' needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and repair orders.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service center.
- Brand Expertise: Strong familiarity with Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles is a significant asset.
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding experiences.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and customer requests simultaneously.
